Field Service Technician (Prestige Tier)

🧠 What You Bring

  • Ability to perform essential physical functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs., crawling, climbing, and working safely in attics and crawlspaces (required)
  • Strong communication skills—warm, clear, and adaptable
  • Tech comfort—mobile apps, GPS, and digital logs
  • Customer service experience (hospitality, healthcare, or home services ideal)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Background check and fingerprinting clearance required
  • Pest control experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
  • Those with a hospitality background are a major plus, though not required 


 

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of SPS—delivering care, clarity, and white‑glove service in client homes and businesses. 

  • Deliver SINGULAR DEFENSE™ and other branded services with professionalism and care
  • Conduct thorough inspections and prep walkthroughs using SPS protocols
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Document service visits digitally and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the SPS brand with pride, integrity, and attention to detail

  • Bilingual fluency (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Bay Area neighborhoods and cultural nuance
  • Passion for client care and operational excellence
